On September 19, 2017 a group of 40 special education paraprofessionals met at the Tattnall County Board of Education to start their journey of a four session paraprofessional training.  The first session addressed the qualities of a good paraprofessional and issues around confidentiality in special education.  The group was engaged in various activities and discussions.  The next session will be in October where the participants will learn about the different types of disabilities in the classroom.
